The right ear looks detached because the hair color makes the point where the ear is cut off visible.
The color from the lights color to the black on the hair needs to have a fade because it look s like you just played a hair on top the other. Like add a transition sort of like thing from the color to the black hair.
If yu don't know ill reshade itt and idk LOL
